due to widespread of the disease i d like to share with u all about this disease....what is dengue? it is a viral infection, transmitted by female mosquito aedes aegypti and aedes albopictus....
WHAT IS THE CAUSES?

CLINICAL MENIFESTATION:
chills
high fever up to 40 degree Celsius.
pain behind eyes
severe joint and muscles pain
nausea and vomiting
the rashes appear on the skin.
pain upon moving eyes
severe headache
painful aching in the legs and joints
the glands -lymph nodes in the neck and groin swollen.
fall in the platelet count..
TREATEMENT
close monitoring of vital sign eg blood pressure. temperature and pulse
increase oral fluid intake
intra venous therapy if poor oral intake
platelet transfusion if platelet count less than 20000 or any significant bleeding
paracetamol to reduce fever.
avoid NSAID medicaton.....
